Privacy policy

Last updated 19 August 2026

This policy explains how Memorio Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Memorio Studio", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares personal information. It applies to this website, to our email communications, and to enquiries you send us. Applications we publish are additionally covered by their own privacy details, shown on their store listing and inside the application; where those details differ from this policy, they govern that application.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you contact us, subscribe to updates or a waiting list, request support, apply for a role, or otherwise communicate with us, we receive what you send — typically your name, your email address, the content of your message and any attachments.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting provider records standard server log data, including IP address, request time, pages requested, referring page and user agent. Where we use cookies or similar technologies — for example to remember a preference or to measure aggregate traffic — we describe them below and, where consent is required in your jurisdiction, we ask for it before they are set.

Information from our applications. Our applications are described by their own privacy details. Where an application is designed to keep personal content on your device, that content is not transmitted to us and we cannot read it.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes we will update this policy before the change takes effect, describe what is set and why, and obtain consent where the law requires it. We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not permit third parties to track you across other sites through our services.

How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
  • To operate, secure, maintain and improve our website and applications.
  • To send you communications you have asked for, such as product updates or release notices.
  • To send occasional marketing about our own products, where you have consented or where the law otherwise permits it.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and establish or defend legal claims.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests are operating and improving our own products and communicating with people who have asked to hear from us.

Marketing communications

Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-outs promptly. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop transactional or service messages, such as a reply to a support request or a notice about a change to these terms.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only:

  • with service providers who host, operate, secure or support our systems on our behalf, bound to use it only for that purpose — for example hosting, email delivery and error reporting;
  • where required by law, legal process or a lawful government request;
  • to protect the rights, property or safety of Memorio Studio, our users or the public; and
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will state it here before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, and for our ordinary business and legal records. Correspondence is kept while it may reasonably be needed; subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe and for a short period afterwards to honour that request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you; to request its correction, deletion or portability; to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; to limit use of sensitive information; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a refusal. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws hold these rights under those laws. Residents of the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area hold them under the UK GDPR and GDPR, and may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, write to contact@memoriostudio.com. We will verify your request as required and respond within the period the applicable law sets. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

Children

Our website and applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

If you believe you have found a weakness, our vulnerability disclosure policy sets out how to tell us and what we commit to in return.

International transfers

We operate from the United States, and information you send us is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in a country whose data protection laws may differ from your own. Where required, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Where a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will describe it here and, where the law requires, obtain consent before it takes effect.
